Over 30 Years Property Management Experience

Serving Southern California since 1959, SHL Management offers over 50 years of property management experience. Started by Sheldon Levy, Loren Levy joined the business in 1994. 

Legal and Management Background 

As a property manager, Loren has worked on State court receiverships, complicated evictions, and conducted Los Angeles Code Enforcement inspections.  He has extensive experience managing resident real estate from single family to one hundred-unit buildings.  He also works on commercial retail centers and office buildings.

Also, having worked as a legal assistant for a construction defect attorney in San Diego, Loren brings a valuable legal background to SHL Management and their portfolio of clients.

Professional Associations and Memberships

Loren is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a member of the Moriah Society, a real estate networking group.  He stays knowledgeable and current with all facets of real estate management.

Los Angeles County Expertise 

Loren is a native of Los Angeles and has an in-depth understanding of the neighborhoods and communities that comprise Los Angeles County. 

Multi-Lingual 

Loren is fluent in English and Spanish, having lived abroad in Mexico and Spain.  He maintains his multilingual skills by utilizing them in his day-to-day operations.
